Focused. Frustrated. Disenfranchised.

These words describe how so many of us in the Jordan Willows HOA feel lately. We need your help! An effort is being made to disband the HOA. We feel based on the current issues, the most recent proposal, and past lack of proper action, that the HOA and Board are too corrupted to salvage. It is more likely to disband the HOA than it would be to manage enough votes to pass any amended versions of the governing documents. We need your help to take back the neighborhood!

UPDATE:

In light of the HOA BBQ happening tomorrow, I wanted to just briefly give an update regarding the efforts to disband the HOA, and to address something that has been on my mind lately. We are still working to disband the HOA. While we have been mostly quiet in the public realm, we are still working to continue sharing information, and let everyone make their own decisions. We have been working to gather information to make sure that everything is done correctly, legally, and ethically. Part of this post concerns a frustration we have seen lately. We have talked to several homeowners who have had yard signs stolen from their yards or vandalized. How someone can see that as an acceptable thought, to walk into someones yard, and steal or destroy a sign, is truly beyond me. I want to ask people, no matter what your personal view is, to be respectful of others views. While your personal experience may be delightful with your interactions with the HOA, not everyone has had the same experience. Trust me when I say that there are plenty of people who have felt that the HOA has let them down. All I ask is that everyone be respectful of others views. Walk a mile in their shoes so to speak. I hope that no one else has had to endure as much nastiness as we have, between verbal abuse, nasty comments, rude gestures, and more.

Additionally, we do have plenty of yard signs still. If yours has been stolen, vandalized, or if you are just now wanting one, please reach out to me and we will get you one.

We have started an email list as an alternate way to reach out with updates. If you would like to be added to that list, please SUBSCRIBE HERE.

We have plenty of yard signs in stock. We would love to see them all out in the neighborhood. If you would like one, please let us know. Reach out to Brandon May on Facebook, Nextdoor, or email brandon@disbandthehoa.com.
