Focused. Frustrated. Disenfranchised.

These words describe how so many of us in the Jordan Willows HOA feel lately. We need your help! An effort is being made to disband the HOA. We feel based on the current issues, the most recent proposal, and past lack of proper action, that the HOA and Board are too corrupted to salvage. It is more likely to disband the HOA than it would be to manage enough votes to pass any amended versions of the governing documents. We need your help to take back the neighborhood!

UPDATE:

Urgent Update: 10/26/2021

When the board hosted the annual meeting on 9/30/2021, a lot of things were discussed and shared. We do have a video recording of that meeting, and will post it here following this message. Of importance were two specific topics. First was the rewrite process. The board at that time announced they had approved the second revision of the governing documents, and they would be sent out shortly. Those docs are now posted here on this site as well in the Jordan Willows HOA Documents. The released second revision still has a lot lacking in it. It was made clear that the prior board expected that this was likely the end of the road for that process.

The second item of note was the elections. We retained Stan Rasmussen to the board, which was sorely needed. Also Nathan Pettit was elected, as was I, Brandon May. The following Monday, the new Board of Directors met, and the elections for positions resulted in the following:

Vice President – Reed Hasson

Secretary – Karie Dean

Treasurer – Nathan Pettit

Member-at-Large / ACC Liaison – Stan Rasmussen

We encourage everyone to vote on the revision sent out to the homeowners. It is an all-or-nothing vote, so if you do not like the document, please vote no. Votes can be mailed, or emailed in. All votes are going to Parker Brown for tallying. Please make sure to use your voice (vote)!

Additionally, we do have plenty of yard signs still. If yours has been stolen, vandalized, or if you are just now wanting one, please reach out to me and we will get you one.
