In order to have this be a respectful process, we need to follow some guidelines.
- Respect Everyone – This seems like a no-brainer, but we need to respect everyone including the Board Members and Management Company. If we show focused respect, our message is more likely to be heard. We do not want anyone violating any laws, or rules in the efforts to be heard.
- No Harassment – Harassing the Board Members will not be tolerated. Harassing other homeowners because they do not share your view is not acceptable. Please be tolerant of others views on this topic.
- Share – We will only get this done if everyone helps, and shares ideas. Please be willing to help with the process. We may hit the point of needing people to go door-to-door to gather signatures or proxies. Please be willing to take part.
- Be Honest – Tell people honestly why you feel the way you do. Listen to people as well and have respectful conversations with them.
